Thursday starts the "TTG Meetings 2015" and Rimini is going to be the capital of tourism once again.
The 'TTG' is the most important Italian exhibition dedicated to tourism, one of the first in Europe, which will be attended by over 60.000 professionals from all over the world.
From Thursday 8 to Saturday 10, at Rimini Fiera, Vacanzattiva! will be there too, to promote Italy and our network (Hall C7, stand 021-044).
The main subject of the initiative will be innovation, communication model adjustment and new social strategies to get tourists increasingly "web oriented". For this reason in Rimini you will find the most prestigious brands in the sector, but also trends analysis, world history houses’ incitements, the role of bloggers, digital tourist’s characteristics and performances during dozens of events dedicated to those who want to be part of the changement.
1.100 buyers from 85 countries interested in the Italian and Mediterranean touristic offer are expected to participate at the TTG. In total, the fair will occupy 100 thousand square meters and it will host more than 130 destinations, including Sri Lanka, cultural focus country, and the new entries Kenya, Colombia, Lithuania, Antigua and Barbuda. Special areas dedicated to Greece and Croatia, there is also an increase of Armenia’s presence. One of the most interesting and curate area, with many significant innovations, is Italy Area.

The exhibition area will host many big brands like Venere Expedia, Expedia Hotel, Hotwire, Sabre, Amadeus, Travel Republic, Trivago, Oracle, Fast Booking, Travelclick, Passpartout and the significant presence of Kigo, from Texas, to propose a software for holiday homes renting management. Significant the presence of major airlines: Emirates, Az / Etihad and Air France / KLM / Transavia have chosen TTG Meetings to promote their offers.
Top-level contents: the preview presentation of Digital Innovation Observatory in Tourism of Milan’s Polytechnic, supported and participated also by TTG; the Euromonitor report during the Travel Industry and Online Travel Global Overview; appointments with Netcomm Consortium to promote the digital evolution of the tourism sector; digital strategies that transform the tourist destinations with the Digital Tourism Think Tank that will illustrate examples of successful digital strategies and which trends the tourism market shows about web marketing.
TTG Next, the innovation area, will host the most innovative Italian Startups, while the expected appointment with Travel Blogger Destination Italy (TBDI) is back, the event for bloggers about the development of social strategies in tourism businesses.
